10 New Year wishes for 2009

Things we didn’t get in 2008, things we always wanted and what we can expect / ask from 2009!
1. Orkut grow up. Till when will you run in Beta? Same for Gmail, stop calling it beta now.
2. Sony Ericsson – Will Sony ever open up and go universal? A step forward and then a step back. Why doesnt the C902 and C905 accept MicroSD cards like the K850i? See 10 things that Sony Screwed Up
3. Palm: Hope Nova lives up to our expectations. Ready to dump Nokia anyday for a good Palm
4. Apple: Will you award us a iPhone – Unlocked (at a affordable price) ? Tired of all the Jailbreaking & Unlocking along with the cat and mouse game with firmwares. Give away a good iPhone all open (maybb Nano). Or a completely reworked one with Flash, Better camera and a laser gun 
5. Nokia – Would you please relaunch the Nokia 8850? Please Please Please {Update: OK, I got a hate mail from Shaun on this; He still curses me for gifting my 8850 in college to someone 
}
6. Motorola: Will you ever get something like A760 again? Something good, unique and something that will make old Moto fans proud? You latest efforts just isn’t upto the mark.
7. Will someone get a serious cameraphone with an OPTICAL Zoom?
8. Good reliable and robust Internet connectivity in India (requested by Shaun Tassavur)
9. Microsoft please stop decorating Windows Vista (Instead move quickly to 7) – And I promise I will promote Genuine Microsoft Software (Requested by OGz Hitesh Ajmera) {Rasesh adds: If not we will move to Mac! opps I already did}
10. Last but not the least: I plan to teach my mom how to use an email account (i.e. after I teach her how to switch on and switch of the computer).
