15yr Old shaving brush sold for Re 1 on eBay

The listing reads: “This Auction is for the Sale of my Dad’s 15 year old (My mom claims its over 18 years old) Shaving Brush. With this i would provide you a declaration from my Parents certifying that this is indeed over 15years old. Recently some part (bristles) of this brush has started to wore off (believe me its still great to use). As seen in the picture below i am trying to preserve all of those, It will be given free to the winner of this auction!”
The listing was part of the eBay India launch of the ‘Fun Stuff‘ category. Although the seller sure didn’t get his desired price, I really wonder what the winner of this bid will really do with it?
