Build a Wall-PC out of your Old Laptop
March 25th, 2009 by Kunal
While we were wondering what could we do of an old laptop, many options came up like selling it, giving it to younger brouther/sister,throw it in junk. Just then, while browsing through net, we found out this amazing thing to do with your old laptop – build a custom wall-hanging PC.

The real art in doing this is to dismantle the laptop. Taking out all tiny screws is easy, but one has to be careful while removing the screen.
Then you need to mount the screen on the back of your laptop motherboard. Find a good frame for the assembly, and carefully mount the dissected laptop in the frame. Thats it – your custom wall-hanging Pc is ready.
It can be controlled via wireless keyboard/mouse or other such input devices. Once everything is done, just screw the frame in the wall. Make sure that the screen is not upside down and that you have left a hole in frame for plugging your charging cable. If you are good with electric circuits and are more experimental, try fitting the charging cable inside the wall. Make sure your parents are on a tour while you are tearing and rebuilding your wall.
