Fujitsu ARROWS NX F-01F Android Smartphone Claims Three Day Battery Life!

Fujitsu, the Japanese electronics major earlier today came up with their new Android powered smartphone – the Fujitsu Arrows NX F-01F. Now, usually we do not cover handsets that are specific for the Japanese market – but this one happens to be a really special one. To start with, this phone claims an insane THREE day battery life under “normal” usage. Now, that for any device running Android is stuff that dreams are made of. No wonder we decided to take a sneak peak.

So what’s this with three day battery life? Well, to start with, apart from getting a huge 3200 mAH battery, this phone also boasts of Whitemagic technology. Great! Now what’s WhiteMagic? According to Fujitsu, this technology is a collective term for  various battery saving technologies that the phone uses. This includes an energy saving display, the high capacity battery and Fujitsu’s Human Centric Engine algorithm all of which claim to contribute to the insane three day battery life on a single charge. Then there is the Fujitsu supplied NX!eco application, which can integrate and configure separate power-saving settings.

Let’s move on to the other features of the phone now – which includes a smart fingerprint sensor, a 13.1 megapixel camera and a quad-core 2.2GHz CPU (Qualcomm MSM8974). The device is also  a IPX5/8 class  water resistant device. Connectivity options are varied with support for  infrared, NFC , 1-seg and full-seg television broadcast reception, an FM transmitter, DLNA/DTCP-IP, Miracast, and Bluetooth 4.0.
