Google testing Microdrones, flying bots for mapping

Google is all set to take mapping to a new level with the purchase of hi-tech flying drones fitted with camera. Apparently Google has sourced these from a German company based Microdrones (reminds us of the 3 Idiots toy). These drones are GPS controlled for precise landing and navigation. They are capable of carrying  night-vision cameras or even ‘see-through-walls’ Far IR cameras. These drones can help Google to timely monitor the wind farms they are invested in but certainly not limited to just that!

Now given the fact that street view has already has to many troubles related to privacy for Google, wonder what this UAV can do flying unnoticed at as much as 80 km/h.Video demo of the Microdrones downstairs:
