HTC Desire Z Launched In India

HTC’s Android powered, QWERTY keyboard laden handset, the Desire Z has finally made it to India after a good six months post its announcement back in September 2010. The Desire Z, which can be termed as a successor to the HTC Desire with a slide out QWERTY keyboard boasts of a 3.7 inch S-LCD, 480*800 pixel display. The Qualcomm processor it is powered by runs at 800 Mhz. It gets 512 MB of RAM and 1.5 GB of ROM memory and currently runs Android 2.2. it runs the latest version of HTC’s Sense UI and is expected to get an update to Android 2.3 soon as well.
