Kindle 2 now official; Faster, slimmer, lighter
February 10th, 2009 by Annkur
As expected Amazon Kindle 2 has been officially announced. The pricing is the same as rumored i.e. $359 and the device is currently available on amazon for pre-order; ships 24th Feb onwards. Kindle 2 lacks Wi-Fi though and works on the Sprint network. A interesting debate is one whether Kindle would stand alone with most consumers preferring single mobile devices that can take care of all their portable needs.
