Unboxing The LG Optimus 7 (E900), Windows Phone 7 (Video)

We have got our hands on one of the first Windows Phone 7 devices out there. The Optimus Seven if LG’s first WP7 device and LG has got a strong design out there. Sporting a 3.7″ touchscreen, this thing is tall and sturdy. While we play around with WP7 and come out with a review, here is the LG E900 Optimus 7 in pictures and an unboxing video.

LG Optimus Seven Unboxed

The LG Optimus 7 (E900) Box doesn’t carry too many accessories. Apart from a couple of small quick guides / manuals, there is a headphone, USB cable and the power adapter (USB). A standard kit!

The homescreen showing the Windows Phone 7 tiles. We have synced our contacts from Google and pictures / music from iTunes (thanks to the Mac connector).

The gorgeous metal back with the metal ring for the camera, flash and a mirror. LG E900 has a 5MP shooter.

The three buttons on the front, pretty much a standard for all WP7 devices currently. The E900 isn’t the slimmest of phones. A little thicker than the iPhone 2G.

The E900 has a standard MicroUSB port with a rubber cover on it. Located towards the top this for some reason makes a weird place for us to connect the charger but a good position to attach a datacable to our Mac.

Stay tuned for our Windows Phone 7 review! (Update: Its live, our WP7 OS review)
