Maxx Launches First Ever Touch-Screen Projector Phone (MTP9)

Maxx Mobiles today announced a full touch screen projector phone – the Maxx Focus MTP9. The device is capable of projecting the contents of phone via in built projector. The phone come with 5MP camera and it also provides users a rich experience on its 2.8” touchscreen.

The Maxx Focus – MTP9 comes with a tripod for support while using projector. The phone features a 208 MHz processor and also bundles King Movie Player which promises to dramatically compresses the video size without affecting the quality of the video. The device supports videos with MP4 and 3GPP formats. The Java Enabled phone comes along with pre-installed social networking applications such as Facebook, Twitter & Yahoo! Opera Mini browser is also provided for on the go browsing.

Maxx Projector MTP9

The MTP9 is available in two colors (black and silver) and is powered by a 1200mAh battery. As expected, phone has Dual SIM support and Bluetooth and USB for data sharing and connectivity. The phone comes with 4GB memory card and supports a total of up to 8GB expandable memory. Like few other phones from Maxx wire-free FM radio is available with FM scheduling. The phone is also equipped with 4 active screens where you can customize your widgets as per your convenience.

The Maxx MTP9 is priced Rs. 6999 which is a tad higher than the Gfive G5,  Spice Popkorn M9000 and Micromax X40 projector phones which were in the same range but lacked a touchscreen.
