Microsoft Shows off Windows 7

A lot has been said already about Windows 7 due to be launched by 2009. It was no secret that it will feature Touch functionality as claimed earlier. Vista has failed to live up to the expectations of many and Microsoft fears loosing its hold in the OS market to Apple and open source community.
Though the comments by Microsoft boss Steve Ballmer suggest that WIndows 7 is targeted ‘3 years after Vista’, there is no doubt that Microsoft would be in a hurry to get it our ASAP. The video downstairs is termed ‘the smallest snippet’ of Windows 7.
