MotoMING A1800 and A1600 Finally Launched

Its all Motorola around us for the day. Firstly the MotoZINE series: ZN5 along with the Motorola Alexander 8megapixel rumor and now the release of the much hyped and by rumor (leaks) A1800 and A1600 (upgrade’s to the MotoMING A1200; launched in china). While both handsets are powered by Linux (yes the popular A series platform) and offer GPS, both off them disappoint with no WiFi or 3G. No matter what, Nothing matches the charm of the good old Motorola A760. More details downstairs:
Motorola A1600 Specs
- Powered by Linux OS
- Quad-band GSM with EDGE (Lacks 3G)
- 3 MP Camera with continuous autofocus
- GPS with geotagging
- Stereo FM Radio and Bluetooth with AD2P support
- MicroSD and MicroUSB port
- No wi-fi
- Business card scanner application and scanner translation capacity
Motorola A1800 Specs
A1800 is similar to A1600 in specs. But offers Dual Sim operations (GSM+CDMA) but leaves out EDGE.

And here we also have the pricing estimates. According the to Motorola Official rates in China the A1600 sells for INR Rs 22900 ($550) approx and the A1800 sells for INR Rs 34000 ($820) approx
