New iPod shuffle goes back to basics, buttons it is!

Apple was criticized for letting out an iPod shuffle last year that din’t have any buttons. You were locked into using the Apple earphones that had the controls in it and it seems that the poor sales / feedback has been read well by Apple. So here you have the 2010 iPod shuffle that gets back its buttons and the old design. Going back to basics, iPod shuffle actually gets new colors with the good old design (well almost). With a storage capacity of 2GB, it gives you a playback time of 15 hours on a full battery charge. iPod shuffle supports VoiceOver (dedicated button), Playlists and Genius mixes. Like all its previous generation, it can be clipped to your clothes or accessories.

It is available in five colors – silver, blue, green, orange and pink. It costs $49 and is available for pre-order on Apple’s website, ships in seven days.
