After the exclusive availability of OnePlus smartphone on e-commerce platform Amazon, the smartphone maker will now start selling its products on Flipkart. The company successfully sold two lakh units of 4G handsets on Amazon under their exclusive partnership.
The Flipkart app is selling the 64 GB sandstone black OnePlus One device at Rs 19,998. The price of 16 GB Silk White variant is expected to be Rs 18,999 which will be made available in a few weeks, informed Vikas Agarwal, the General Manager of Oneplus India. Last year, OnePlus signed an exclusive deal with Amazon, to sell its devices in India.
“At OnePlus, it has been our constant endeavour to evaluate and evolve our go-to market strategy and this collaboration is another step in that direction.We are happy to have Flipkart as our new channel partner, in a bid to expand our reach and make OnePlus One more accessible to people across the country,” he said.

With the given specs, OnePlus One was launched at a reasonable price. Earlier the phone was only available with “invite-only” model but now the phone is available for sale at online platforms. OnePlus One is a good option for phablet lovers and it also provides choice between operating systems, Cyanogen OS 12 or OnePlus’ own OxygenOS. The best feature of OnePlus One is that it supports 4G LTE which is still unavailable in the phones under the same price range.
The Sandstone Black variant comes with a unique texture on its rear cover surface.But the OnePlus One has its display slightly raised which can be problematic if you drop the device on the edges. Also, there is a price variation when the purchase is made from the mobile app and the website.
