The good news is that Apple gets all iPods in India alongside its global release and you should be able to grab any of these releases this month itself. So here is the official pricing:
iPod touch 4th Gen
The new iPod touch has come in with camera, retina display and a massive 40 hour battery life. Here is the US and India pricing for the same:
US: 8GB ($229), 32GB ($299) and 64GB ($399)
India: 8GB (Rs 15400), 32GB (Rs 19900) and 64GB (Rs 25900)
iPod shuffle
The iPod shuffle makes a u turn and goes back to the old form factor. Bringing in 15 hours of music playback and a dedicated voice over button added to the hardware, here are the prices.
US: 2GB @ $49
India: 2GB @ Rs 3200
iPod nano (multitouch)
The iPod nano gets multitouch and perhaps is the most innovative MP3 player out there. But the pricing is steep.
US: $149 for 8GB | $179 for 16GB
India: Rs 10700 for 8GB | Rs 12800 for 16GB
The iPod classic continues at Rs 15200 in India (160 GB).
While I find the India pricing a little steep, I am sure the market dynamics will bring in its own discounts for the consumers 
Hate the fact that all these products cost so much more here! =[ i was expecting the 32gb iPod touch 4th gen to be a bit cheaper than that, sigh…
I don’t think the prices stated above are exact prices. We still don’t have any confirmations on how much they are going to cost. And prices have been dropped from ipod touch 3g to 4g. so We would likely to expect it priced lesser and ipod touch 3 g price should go down as well.
The prices stated above for ipod touch are definitely 3k higher than the expected price for 8 GB version.

We have got the data straight from Apple. Though the market retail price might well be below Apple’s stated MRP, we shall wait for it to come to the market!
I checked price in kolkata today, they have 3G ipod touch MRP 18,800 rs (32GB) which cost 14,400 rs net price.
I devided to wait for a month or check in other cities if they have launched the 4G version with HD cam.

if u calculate the price in INR it comes around 15100.
In india same iPod 4G 32GB is 19900 INR.
I was just checking the rate average price of ipotouch 8gb is 10,000 to 11,000 32 is around 15,000 to 17,000rs.It shows too high here.
