Sony Ericsson’s 5 new handsets hit the shelves, Satio included

Sony Ericsson has started selling five more new handsets: the Aino, Yari, Jalou, Naite and the one that created the most hype this year, the Satio (Previously Idou). For all ye faithful OG readers, below is the list of essential features and prices for each of the handsets.
Sony Ericsson Satio
- 12MP camera with Xenon and LED Flash
- 3.5” TFT touchscreen with 360 x 640 resolution
- Quad Band GSM
- 3G compatible; HSDPA, 7.2Mbps; HSUPA, 2Mbps
- Symbian S60 5th Edition OS
- ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz, PowerVR SGX graphics
- MicroSD memory card support for upto 32GB, a 8GB card is included
- WiFi
- Bluetooth A2DP
- USB PC connectivity
- VGA videocall camera
- FM Radio
- Built-in GPS
The Sony Ericsson Satio is set to cost a fortune. But with that design and the features, I say its worth it. The Satio is available at a little over EUR 550 (US $800).
Sony Ericsson Aino
- Quad-band GSM
- 3G compatible; HSDPA, 7.2Mbps; HSUPA, 2Mbps
- 8.1 MP camera with autofocus and LED Flash
- 3” TFT capacitive touchscreen with 230 x 432 resolution
- MicroSD card support for upto 32GB (8GB card is included)

The Sony Ericsson Aino is currently priced at EUR 420 (US $620)
Sony Ericsson Yari

- MicroSD memory card support for upto 16GB, with a 1GB included card

The Sony Ericsson Yari can be yours for EUR 250 (US $370)
Sony Ericsson Jalou
- Quad-band GSM
- 2” TFT Display

- 3G compatible , HSDPA 3.6Mbps
- MicroSD memory card support, with 100MB of internal memory
- Bluetooth A2DP
- USB
- FM Radio
The Sony Ericsson Jalou is a fashion phone, and is priced at EUR 170 (US $250)
Sony Ericsson Naite
- Quad-band GSM
- 2.2” TFT Display with 240 x 320 resolution
- 2Mp camera
- 3G compatible , HSDPA 3.6Mbps
- MicroSD memory card support for upto 8GB, with 100MB of onboard memory
- Bluetooth A2DP
- USB
- FM Radio
The Naite is an eco-freindly phone, and is priced at EUR 200 (US $295).
With these five SE handsets already in market, the only known SE handsets yet to hit the market are the Xperia X2 and the rumored Xperia X3. Now that we have it all here, we surely expect some new rumors of the SE handsets next in line for release. We will definitely keep you updated.
