Hackers have found a new way to get into the PCs of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 using a hole through the Internet Explorer. The bug allows hackers to remotely control the PCs of the IE users.
The infection looks quite serious as the user just has to visit a website to fall prey to the hackers. The links included in spam have been giving criminals an easy access to the victim’s PC for the past week or so.

Microsoft Student Partners we caught up with @ IIT TechFest were all excited about the upcoming Windows 7 AND the Internet Explorer 8. And what better time to know that MS would be issuing the Release Candidate of IE 8 shortly (Monday).

Not too long ago the OG community voted Mozilla FireFox as their favourite browser and here we have the most highly awaited release of the latest version of FireFox. FireFox is expected to enter the record books as the software with highest number of downloads in a 24 hour period.
FireFox 3 adds better security, improved interface, intelligent browsing, better download manager, faster performance – with lower memory consumption … etc etc. In short just stop right and
download FireFox 3 NOW!
Update: I checked out the FF3 download page on Mozilla.com and interestingly out of the 45 different languages in which FF is available the only Indian language seems to be Gujarati.
