We absolutely love the natural wooden treatment given to any gadget and Flashsticks (UK) makes some really cool and natural wooden pen drives. I am certainly tired of losing flash drives every now and then, such that I have bought a dozen in the past 2 years alone. However this $150+ Terminator 4 – Cyborg Skull Flash drive gives me some hope that it won’t be misplaced so easily. Partly because it will scare of the thief’s and after paying more than 10 times the price of a regular Transcend, I am sure I won’t dare to lose it!

Nort sure on how the managed this, but its kewl! Not for sale commercially, this is a custom made flash drive for corporate gifting. A product of CNK Promotions, this unique pendrive is certainly something I would like to pocket.
With flash drives getting as common as a pencil, it certainly takes a crazy beerhead to get something unique. Cheers

At $37.61 these are certainly one of the cheapest fingerprint sensing USB drives we shall see anytime soon. Loaded with 8GB of memory space the ‘Fingerprint Security Lock Flash Disk’ is a nice pick with no software installation required to use it and a backup password, just incase the fingerprint system fails.

Etsy has a cool collection of wooden gadgets, ranging from wooden USB sticks to iPhone / iPod docks. The good part about the iPhone docks here is that they actually work and not just sit on your desk as a wooden paper weight. While carrying that wooden USB stick would certainly give you a ‘antique geek’ status 
btw … $58 for a 2GB pen drive? You really need to be a Tarzan fan to buy that. Anyways check out the entire collection here.

Designer label ck Calvin Klein are coming up with sunglasses that have a USB flash drive hidden in them. While innovative technology products are seen in abundance from small unknown companies, looks like big brands are now realizing the popularity of gadget being stuffed in the daily routine accessories.
The flash drive that comes out after detaching an arm of the sunglasses can store 4GB data. I really doubt if this practically adds much value for daily usage, its more off a geeky feeling that a fashion accessory gives, rather than delivering actual utility. This would go on sale sometime in October for $199.

Tag Heuer, the maker of designer watches, has designed this new bluetooth handsfree.
The Bluetooth handsfree looks as rich as the Tag Heuer watches and it comes with a surprise bundled too. The handsfree does not have a regular wire charger. Instead, it comes with a USB charger cum flash drive. Now you can store all upto 4Gb of data in this flash-drive while charging your bluetooth handsfree which would give you a 4 hours talk time.
The handsfree weighs only 40g.No news on price and availability.

Yes this is actually a USB Flash Drive with 4GB memory. The Rusted Steampunk pendrive is one of the coolest USB drives we have seen. With handmade design built over a Sandisk Cruzer (as it seems) this one is a great eye catcher.
Perhaps keeping such a USB thumbdrive will help me avoid people borrowing my gadgets

An unusual name for a pen drive – iamakey and itsakey. But the design is equally unusually. At first I thought that its a USB key for cars that would also probably work with ATM’s and has a biometric fingerprint scanner inbuilt …
But as it turns out its just a Key shaped USB Flash drive concept from Lacie. So you can attach this to your Keychain (along with your real keys I guess) and ensure that when you lose either of them (USB or Key) – your loss is double. So the fear of this double loss might probably make you a little more attentive and would subconsciously motivate you to take better care…
However I would rather use this to fool people who want to borrow my Pendrives. I would tell them this one goes into my bike! (Apparently I have lost over 8 pendrives with people borrowing them and not returning it)
