The wall socket look alike USB hub might be a bit confusing sometimes. But we know you are smart enough to learn where do the plugs go and where does your USB (at Least a few electric shocks would teach you!
).
Anyways, this ‘wall-socket’ USB hub has a magnetic back so you can just stick it to your table side for an easy access to plug in your USBs. The USB hub also has the provisions to screw it to the wall like a regular wall-socket. The USB ports are spaced quite comfortably to enable pluggin of your designer bulky flash drives, cables and other usb accessories together.
It is available at AudioCubes at a price of $39.99

Elan digital systems Mobidapter is a cool gadget, that lets you transfer data from your Cellphone to a USB Flash drive without any system in between. Yes you heard me right! Connect a USB drive to your mobile. Mobiadapter fits in the MicroSD slot of your mobile and lets you connect a USB device on the other end. Your pendrive will thus behave as a microSD card inside the phone.
Compatibility is simple, if your phone has a MicroSD port that is accessible on the outer body , such that the adaptor can be inserted – you can use it (that means devices like Motorola V3 Razr that have the microSd slot behind the battery cover wont support this). If your phone has a backup to memory card option, this would mean that you can backup directly to a usb pendrive. Video downstairs

An unusual name for a pen drive – iamakey and itsakey. But the design is equally unusually. At first I thought that its a USB key for cars that would also probably work with ATM’s and has a biometric fingerprint scanner inbuilt …

But as it turns out its just a Key shaped USB Flash drive concept from Lacie. So you can attach this to your Keychain (along with your real keys I guess) and ensure that when you lose either of them (USB or Key) – your loss is double. So the fear of this double loss might probably make you a little more attentive and would subconsciously motivate you to take better care…
However I would rather use this to fool people who want to borrow my Pendrives. I would tell them this one goes into my bike! (Apparently I have lost over 8 pendrives with people borrowing them and not returning it)

And yeah, If you really wanted to know these would cost you between $15-28 (4GB and 8GB variants in different designs. Check here)

This amazing device scans all your negatives and transfers them to your computer. But that is not all, it comes bundled with a software that converts your scanned negatives into digital images.

Let’s take out all those old negatives from the drawer, scan them to your PC and throw them away. An extra space in that old drawer can be useful for new junk.
