
Toshiba has unveiled two new phones in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress 2010. One of the handsets is the successor of the popular Toshiba TG01, called the Toshiba TG02. Other is a slider with a physical QWERTY hidden underneath, called the Toshiba KG01.
The Toshiba TG02 is a super-slim 4.1″ WVGA capacitive touchscreen phone. It has a customized 3D UI built over the Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. Toshiba KG01 is a slide-out QWERTY phone and Toshiba’s first with an OLED capacitive touchscreen (4.1″) . The phone supports microSD memory extension (upto 32GB) and is also powered by the Windows Mobile 6.5 OS.
Both the handsets are powered by a 1Ghz processor (has to be Snapdragon) . Other specifications and pricing details have not been revealed by Toshiba, so far.
