Windows 7 – Coming as soon as 2009?

Ever since Vista failed to impress, we have been hearing about Windows 7, the next version of Windows! Now the buzz around the virtual world is that MS may launch Windows 7 as soon as 2009!
The Vista replacement promises to deliver touch features better than the iPhone! And as we saw with the new MacBook Air, Apple has already started to bring the Touch features onto the Mac. So is Microsoft speeding up the release of Win7 to keep up with Apple?
