The ASUS ee Pad transformer development is in full swing, now the custom clockworkmod recovery is out for the ASUS eee Pad transformer, which will allow you to take nand backup and also restore the data.
Note: your device should be rooted, if its not rooted then you can follow our ASUS eee Pad Transformer rooting guide.
This clockworkmod recovery is just the Beta version so be careful and flash only if you are willing to experiment.
Before following the below procedures remove the update.zip file which had been used while following th rooting procedure
Requirements:
Download the clockworkmod reverovery here
Procedure:
- Rename the bove downloaded .zip as ‘EP101_SDUPDATE.zip’
- copy the renamed .zip to the root of the SD card(not in any folder just outside)
- Switch off the device
- Switch on the device by pressing volume down button and power button together
- Select recovery mode
- Flash EP101_SDUPDATE.zip
- All done clockworkmod recovery has been flashed
You can go to the clockworkmod recovery by pressing volume down button and power buttoon together and selecting recovery.
The clockworkmod recovery is not fully out, only few of the features work so i would suggest you to flash it at your own risk.
