Have you ever ended up with a cold cup of tea and then unwillingly drank it that way just ‘coz you didn’t want to go through the time consuming procedure of warming it again. I can certainly tell you that it has happened to me many times and infact to all of us. Guess what? Heres the quick and easy solution that we all have been waiting for. Its called the ‘KUG’; as it’s a mug which also functions as a kettle to boil water.
Invented by two young guys in their 20?s, the product was initially intended for the arthritis patients, but as we now know is destined to be a universal hit. It was a project by Ben Millet and Alan Harrison for National College of Art and Design in Ireland for patients with arthritis who find it difficult to lift the water filled heavy ketteles. But as it turns out now the product is all ready to hit the stores as early as this year.
The product is operated by battery and can be charged via a USB as well. The outer part of the mug holds the heating filament that boils the water.

I think that it is a perfect thing. Without knowing anything about this invention, my friend and me just thought that it shoud be fantastic if you can boil some drink in the cup wich is working on battery. I was looking for a solution and stumbled on this information. And now I am fully satisfacted. Now I am going to impor the product to our country.
