Samsung Galaxy C7 Benchmarked, C Series Launch nearby

The boffins at Samsung are hard at work it to launch the C series of smartphones it seems. After getting information on the Samsung Galaxy C5 just as we speculated a Samsung C7 does exist and it finally makes an appearance on Antutu as it gets benchmark.

The Samsung C7 (SM-C7000) made an appearance on Weibo revealing all the crucial specification of the smartphone. With both the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 coming up in benchmark does indicate a close launch date for both the smartphones. The C7 does seem to pack in a punch, the specifications reveal a Snapdragon 625 along with an Adreno 506 GPU. Snapdragon calls the 625 a mid range processor as it is an octa-core chip with 8 Cortex A53 cores with a potential to clock it up to 2.0 GHz. the Samsung C7 has 4GB of RAM as per the leak and it is higher than any other series by Samsung  (except the S and the Note of course).

The Galaxy C5  was rumored to have a 5.2 inch display and it would be safe to assume that the Galaxy C7 would have a slightly bigger 5.5 inch display. The resolution is already known as the benchmark hints at a Full HD panel. The primary camera on the phone is a 16 megapixel sensor and an 8 megapixel camera for the front.

The C7 supposedly has 32GB of internal storage which may be expandable but its currently just our speculation. The phone would run on the latest version of TouchWiz on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. While the fact that the C series would be an all metal series it would be safe to say that the devices might be slightly expensive in terms of pricing. With a China first launch, we are expecting these phones to make their way to India soon.
