Want a convenient way of taking a look at handsets you intend to purchase and compare their features with others before you buy them. How about being able to do all the research and complete your purchase, all from the comforts of your house. Well here is an innovative solution from Three called the 3LiveShop which takes call center sales to the next level.
The 3LiveShop from Three allows you to web chat with Three’s employees, who in turn will display the product you intend to purchase on your screen and also help you compare the features of the device with other comparable handsets.
This service was first started by Three in Sweden, which has now made its way into Denmark as well. The salesmen are equipped with a multi touch screen wherein they are able to serve you with info on various handsets along with displaying the handsets as well.
The other good thing about the service is that, it’s not necessary that you have to have the camera on your end active as well. It’s up to you to decide if you want to be visible or not.
The good thing about this service is that you can hope that the sales rep will be better equipped with the information you are looking for and you would not be required to be on hold endlessly. No doubt that is certainly a welcome innovation, one which would prove to be very beneficial especially those who are not very good with researching information on the internet.
