We have been hearing about the Samsung Continuum for quite some time now. This is a one of a kind device which comes with not one but two displays at the front. One is the super AMOLED 800*480, 3.4- inch primary display while the second happens to be a smaller secondary ticker style display at the bottom.
The phone, set to arrive on Verizon soon, has had its “top things to know” page leaked. The page contains quite a bit of intriguing information about the phone including the fact that it is based on the Samsung Galaxy with similar spec sheet. The only main difference is the slightly smaller screen which is sort of compensated by the presence of the secondary display.
Other specs include a 1GHz processor, a 5MP camera with “HD” video recording. Unlike the Galaxy S, the phone has relatively low onboard memory with just 2GB of it. The Galaxy S on the other hand, gets 16GB (and 8GB on some versions).
But then you can always use microSD cards to expand it. The phone would also come with an 8GB card preloaded. This one is expected to arrive by November 11
