Mozilla has released the Firefox beta 4 for Mobile which can run smoothly on Android, Maemo, PC/Mac OS X and Linux. You must have already heard of the on-the go version, if not then you can grab this newly build and up to date browser. It is not only available for the Android and Maemo but also for the Mac OS X/PC/Linux through a Fennec build version.
We have tried the Mac OS X build version and experienced some good gesture techniques on Macbook Pro to browse pages. Gestures recognition includes pinch to zoom and scroll using trackpad. Once the page is loaded, you need to be on a mobile device for further navigation. The beta comes packed with preferences, downloads, add-ons, bookmarks and Firefox Sync. You can try the browser on the operating system of your choice.
