ASUS eee pad is one device that i would love to have, it looks sturdy, runs the latest software low cost, and the dock looks very nic e and the hardware configuration too is not that bad. Well it is a great device but that does not keep us from rooting the device. So here is the rooting guide for the ASUS eee pad transformer.
Note: The following procedure will grant you root access and will VOID your WARRANTY.
WE are not responsible if your device gets bricked but we will help you to bring it back to normal.
Requirements:
Download update.zip from here
Procedure:
- Copy the update.zip which you downloaded from above and place it in the root of your SD card (not in any folders just outside)
- Switch off the device
- Switch on the device by pressing volume down button and power button together
- Select boot into recovery (RCK)
- Then flash the update.zip
- Click on reboot
- That’s it your device will be rooted when you reboot
