We had heard news that ASUS EEE Pad Transformer and the Acer Iconia Tab A500 would get the 3.1 update somewhere in mid June, but the 3.1 update for the EEE pad has already been leaked and now in flashable format. So if you have the EEE Pad and wish to update it to Honeycomb 3.1 then you can go ahead and follow the steps below.

Note:
- There is no need of Root for following this procedure
- Read the procedure carefully before performing the procedure
- The EEE Pad transformer should have more than 50% charge
Requiremnets:
- Download the 3.1 update from here
Procedure:
- Extract EP101_SDUPDATE.zip from the .tar file you downloaded from above
- Copy the .zip inside your SD Card
- Switch off the device
- Press and hold the volume down button and the power key until you boot into the ROM Boot screen
- Now press volume up key to start the ROM update process
- The device will update and reboot
- When you reboot you will also receive a firmware update for the docking station which will update it to version 0209, follow the prompts and reboot
