Archos is exceptionally well known for their android based tablet devices, and they are now entering the notebook market with their new Archos 13 Ultraslim Notebook. This new notebook is powered by a dual-core Intel Atom processor (1.66 GHz Intel Atom D510 processor).
This notebook also supports 720p video due to its decent processor, it has 1 GB of RAM, 160 GB of HDD, and it will come with pre-installed Windows 7 Home Premium. The Archos 13 has a 13-inch LCD display with a brilliant resolution of 1366×768.The Archos 13 Ultraslim Notebook comes with Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi b/g, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and a multi-card reader. It has 2 USB 2.0 ports and a VGA-out port. The entire notebook is just over an inch in thickness and is weighing 3.5 lbs.
The notebook is currently available in Europe at the price of 400 euros and is now on sale on the company’s French website. There is no information of when the Archos 13 will become available outside Europe and reach other countries.
