AT&T has announced that it will roll out the much awaited LTE or 4G service in five cities this summer. Those will be Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Though no specific dates for the launch has been announced yet.
They will also release 20 LTE enabled devices although no specifics for the same has been mentioned as well; if all of them are handsets or other devices like tablets, dongles etc. or what models they are as well.
AT&T plans to expand to at least another 10 cities by the end of the year and are targeting a customer base of 70+ million Americans by the end of this year.
