Can you bend your phone? World’s first paper computer set to revolutionize smartphones

How cool would it be if your smartphone was paper thin? And if you could fold it and keep it in your pocket? Well, researchers from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada have just done that.

The smartphone prototype, called PaperPhone does everything a smartphone does. But unlike a smartphone, it uses a thin film E-Ink display that literally bends like a plastic sheet. You can even flip the corners to turn pages and write on it with a pen. One of the best things that I like of this phone is that it fits into your pocket by taking the shape of one. (A very handy and useful feature considering the bulkiness that usual smart phones have)
The researchers claim that this is the future of smartphone industry and everything will look and feel like their PaperPhone in five years. We are not sure if that will happen, but this is definitely an interesting concept.
