Well this had to happen. While its not Diamond Comics suing HTC for its Facebook phone called ‘ChaCha’, its the search engines guys ChaCha that have finally made an attempt to shoot down HTC. Chacha.com is a search engine that (at least when I first used it) uses humans to help you perform an effective internet search. We have seen ChaCha (search) around for a long time now and it certainly sounds unfair to us that HTC comes out with a phone named ChaCha. ChaCha has their name copyrighted since 2007 and they seem to have a strong case against HTC, where they are demanding (of course) damages and an order to prevent HTC from going to market with that name!
No matter what the result, its certain that both Chacha.com and HTC ChaCha get their few mins of limelight, so what if thats coming when they are fighting!
