The world is in a weird race today. Steve Jobs comes and sells millions of a device that has no Adobe Flash support, has no camera flash for 3 years, just got multitasking and has a closed platform. Heck you can’t even access the iPhones flash disk for storing data. And here comes the competition.
Some already plan to sell a 2GHz phone while LG comes out today and announced plans to push out a Nvidia Tegra 2 powered smartphone before year end. Didn’t we already see a LG phone with biometric security and a projector? Did it sell in millions? Didn’t we see the HTC Evo that is a 4G phone…
I am happy even with a iPhone 3GS today (forget 4). It does awesome multitasking (yes quick switch and no lag, I don’t want to hold apps running for hours in background), perfect internet, some cool apps, brilliant copy paste function and a decent camera / video. I never saw Apple selling this to me with a processor spec or hardware jargons.
I want a phone what works efficiently. Jaago mohan pyaare, you aren’t going to see a run away hit by just putting a fast processor in there and certainly not getting me to fall off my chair seeing this announcement.
