Download Free dramatized Audio books of Isaac Asimov’s legendary Foundation Trilogy

Isaac Asimov is one of the most prolific figures in the field of writing. Asimov to his credit has written on a wide range of topics and edited quite a few books and even postcards. And if you are still clueless as to who this gentleman is… then go ahead and browse his wikipedia page, for starters. Asimov is a legend and an inspiration for many, period. One of his best works that even today leaves many in wonderment is the Foundation Series that spans across seven volumes. The series was a huge-hit and went on to win the Hugo Award of ‘Best All-Time Series‘ in 1966.

The popularity of the series led to an adaption of the work by the British Broadcast Company or better known as BBC. Archived BBC clip of Asimov, Check. The radio series in itself spans across 8 hours and iTunes has it for up for grabs at $ 9.99. Sadly, the Indian store does not have it. But fear not, the good folks at Open Culture have a better idea for you to get the audio-books and yet retain $9.99. The idea is fairly simple, all of the audio-books are available on the internet archive for free download.  The download in itself is only 215 MB download but archive.org does have audio streaming if you plan to save that space for something better.
