Google’s iTunes Match competitor and subscription music service has officially made its entry in to the iOS App Store. Apart from offering standard Google Play Music features, the app will provide access to All Access subscriptions. The iOS version of Google Play Music matches up well with its Android counterpart and allows streaming of music libraries. They can also pay $9.99 to access upgrade tracks from major labels. Like with competing products like Pandoro, iTunes Radio and even Nokia’s Mix Radio, there is no limit on the number of songs a user can skip while listening to radio stations.
It was back in May that Google Play Music launched a web client and an all access service akin to Spotify. Google had promised a dedicated iOS App too back then. Originally planned to arrive weeks later, the App was delayed by six months.
Google Play Music is available now from the App Store. New users would be eligible to receive one free month of the All Access service.
