The HP ProBook 4425 is out on the shelves and it has some brilliant specs for a business notebook. It is the first notebook from HP which features a QUAD-Core AMD processor. You have an option for the AMD Phenom II Quad-Core P920 at 1.6GHz, AMD Turion II Dual-Core P520 at 2.3GHz, and AMD Athlon II Dual-Core P320 at 2.1GHz. Along with it has a 14-inch 1366×768 resolution LED-backlit diagonal HD display, ATI Radeon HD 4250 graphic card. The HP ProBook 4425 will have upto 8 GB of DDR3 memory, upto 500 GB of hard disk and DVD writer.
You have an option for Windows 7, Windows Vista SUSE Linux Enterprise 11. In regards to connectivity it has a Broadcom 802.11 g/g/n WiFi card and integrated Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR Wireless Technology. It gives you a decent battery life using the 6-cell/9cell Li-Ion battery.
The new ProBook weighs a little over 2.1 kg and is available at HP official site for $619.
