Husqvarna E-go Concept Electric Motorcycle Unveiled by BMW

BMW Electric Motorcycle

The bike that you are looking at is not a dirt bike and most certainly not a kids bike either. It is in fact an electric motorcycle named Husqvarna E-go, which was unveiled by BMW at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Husqvarna Motorcycles is a subsidiary of BMW, which was bought by BMW in 2007. Coming back to the E-go, it weighs about 80 kgs and has a sleek built. It has a unique design with a single sided double leg fork and a spindly rear swing arm. The seat is also self supporting, and majority of the bike is made of steel and aluminium thus giving it the light weight.

The ecologically friendly concept E-go bike surely seems well attuned even for the slimmest of the roads and will undoubtedly be a blessing to drive in heavy traffic situations considering its sleekness, which Husqvarna coveys in a press release statement as:

“Short and compact, on the Concept E-go, urban traffic will seem like a videogame that will be fun and easy to skillfully nE-gotiate”
