Lately many China based manufacturing companies have seen a substantial fanfare in Indian market. With the likes of Xioami, launching its celebrated models, OnePlus creating hype and Gionee growing its roots, Lenovo too is equally active in the race. After the launch of Lenovo Sisley S90 in China last year, it is making an entry in the Indian market now.
The Lenovo Sisley S90, ahead of its official listing, was first reported to be available in a store in Mumbai. A Mumbai based retailer, Mahesh Telecom, claimed that Sisley S90 is now available in India at INR 19,990. Below is the tweet by the store manager revealing the same. Although the device is now listed on Lenovo’s official website. But there are no listings of it on any of the e-commerce sites right now. For a reminder, Lenovo had launched the model for CNY 1,999 (around INR 20,000) in China last year in November.
Sisley S90, said to be iPhone 6 look alike, is a dual-SIM device. It sports a 5-inch Super AMOLED screen which provides HD resolution (720*1280 pixels). These display specifications are rare to find, but for the Samsung devices. Processor build is a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 which is tagged with Adreno 306 GPU for graphics. The device processor clocked at 1.2GHz is coupled with RAM unit of 1GB. On software front, the device runs on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat with Lenovo’s own Vibe 2.0 UI on top.
Specifications for the shutterbugs do not disappoint. Sisley S90 sports a 13MP primary camera with PureCel sensor and LED flash. The secondary camera is a 8MP type. Also secondary camera is equipped with BSI sensor. Other features read out as 4G support, WiFi, A-GPS, Bluetooth, FM Radio, microUSB and NFC. Internal memory provided is 32GB and the storage capacity is not expandable. Sisley S90 is powered by a 2300mAh battery which looks enough for the device. Although the website claims that the device is offered in three colours – grey, gold and platinum, the model offered for online order comes only in grey. The shipping starts by 10th of February.
For the users who would like to flaunt an iPhone like device and yet reluctant to spend heavy, Sisley S90 is the go to option. Overall, Lenovo Sisley S90 is packed with good features, specially when it comes to its cameras.
