Maxx Mobile teased us with a promo video of their Android phone earlier today (at their employee awards function, which we must say was organized in true Filmfare style), but then we just can’t content our appetite for info with just a teaser video. So here are exclusive pictures and details about MA440, the Android offering from MAXX.
The phone sports a 3.1? screen (looked smaller to us but was quoted as 3.1? by our source), 3.2MP camera, a Mini USB port. We were unable to confirm the Android version or the price of this, but we know that this comes in response to the Micromax Andro A60 and would be competitive in pricing. The display was capacitive and for now, that’s all that we know! Stay tuned for more info.
Update: our source confirms this is an immediate launch. We should see this in stores any moment.
Update 2: The model no turns out to be MA440 and not MR440 as we read before.
That is such an ugly phone! That’s probably the ugliest Android phone after the LG Optimus.
I don’t like Micromax, but the Andro A60/ZTE Penguin totally has me.
