Micromax has been a key player in the Indian Smartphone market competing with Samsung for the top spot. The Indian manufacturer has launched yet another phone today.
The Bolt 064 is the newest phone from Micromax to hit the market. The phone has a 3.5 inch display with a resolution of 320×480 pixels (HVGA) with a pixel density of PPI. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Dual Core processor by MediaTek and has 512 MB of RAM.
The phone has a 2 megapixel primary camera with flash however the camera is a fixed focus one. The front has a 0.3 megapixel camera. It phone runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat which is the really good considering the fact that this is an entry level phone. It has 4 GB of internal memory which can be expanded upto 32GB via the MicroSD card slot.
On the connectivity front the device offers Dual SIM support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, GPS and MicroUSB connectivity but sadly there is no 3G support on the phone. The device has a 1400mAh removable battery which Micromax claims offers 5 hours of talktime and 150 hours of standby time on 2G.
