Many people I knew were a bit disappointed when Microsoft canceled the Courier last week. In an Interview with Fox Business Network, Bill Gates said, “Microsoft has a lot of different tablet projects that we’re pursuing. We think that work with the pen that Microsoft pioneered will become a mainstream for students. It can give you a device that you can not only read, but also create documents at the same time.”
This surely sounds amazing, but I really do not know what can be expected from the tablets which Microsoft is working on. But, we know for sure Microsoft is not giving up on the tablet platform. It may be possible that Microsoft can get us a more professional looking tablet which can be used by students and various other professions instead of a notebook or a netbook. Bill Gates has been promoting the pen feature since a very long time, and he believes that implementing this in the new generation tablets will not just help us read the documents but also create and work on them with much ease.
This definitely sounds much professional, but as of yet there are no further details available regarding Microsoft’s plans for their upcoming tablets. Stay, in touch and we will get you more updates as usual.
