Back in 2018, OPPO had launched the Find X flagship smartphone with industry-first innovative features like bezel-less display and motorized camera module. Now, two years later, the smartphone maker has launched the successor to the original Find X phone. Notably, this time the brand has announced two devices called Find X2 and Find X2 Pro.
The standard and Pro variant of Find X2 shares the same specifications apart from differences in the camera department. Let’s delve into the technical specifications below.
OPPO Find X2 and Find X2 Pro specifications:
The OPPO Find X2 series boasts of an AMOLED Ultra Vision screen measuring 6.7-inches and bearing a QHD+ resolution. It offers an immersive 93.1 percent screen-to-body ratio with a punch-hole camera cutout at the top left corner. The smartphones feature a 120Hz refresh rate panel and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display offers HDR10+ support, up to 1200 nits brightness and TUV Rheinland Eye Care certification. For audiophiles, the Find X2 series is equipped with dual stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos.
Design-wise, the OPPO Find X2 features a double-curved body shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The devices are IP54 certified splash-proof. The smartphones can be availed in Black Ceramic and Ocean Glass colour options. The Pro variant is also offered in a vegan leather construct.
In the photography department, the standard and Pro variants of Find X2 are equipped with different camera setup. The former comes with a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor, 12MP wide-angle lens and a 13MP telephoto shooter with 20x digital zoom. On the other hand, the Pro model offers an advanced camera module comprising of 48MP Sony IMX686 primary unit, 48MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 13MP periscope camera with support for 10x hybrid zoom and up to 60x digital zoom. On the front, the Find X2 series are fitted with a 32MP snapper for selfies.
Under the hood, the Find X2 series is powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 865 chipset with an integrated X55 modem for 5G network. The processor is coupled with Adreno 650 GPU and 12GB LPPDR5 RAM. The standard variant packs 256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage while the Pro model offers 512GB onboard memory. The former runs on a 4,260mAh battery unit while the latter is backed by slightly lower 4,200mAh battery. Both smartphones support 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging. Software-wise, the OPPO Find X2 runs on ColoOS 7.1 based on Android 10.

The OPPO Find X2 carries a starting price tag of Rs 64,990 and will go on sale from Amazon. The Find X2 Pro will be sold in limited quantities in India and the sale date of the same has not been announced yet.
