With Motorola tablet running Honeycomb showing up to the world, Blackberry Playbook surely couldn’t wait for 2011. BGR has managed to get a 10 min video demo of the Play Book that is expected to go on sale sometime in 2011.
The prototype demoed works well, and the UI (categories, Music app) look good, with some resemblance to the stacks seen in WebOS’ stacks. Pinch to zoom, multitasking, video, all seemed to work well over the dual-core processor that RIM has come up with. We are sure Apple would also look to up the game on the CPU/GPU end as iPad was the first iOS device to house the A4 chip, we can look forward to an updated around Q1 of 2011 from Cupertino aswell. But for now here are 10 mins of PlayBook, a pretty detailed video showing the capabilities of the QNX powered OS.
