It is now a known fact that RIM owned BlackBerry is readying to launch its new range of BlackBerry 10 based devices on January 30, 2013. As the norm is, a couple of pictures of these devices were already leaked a few weeks ago. Back then, it was being rumoured that the new BlackBerry 10 line-up would consist of full touch and QWERTY devices. However, only the touchscreen models were leaked. There was no sign of the much rumored QWERTY keyboard laden one. That was until now.
Folks from over at CNBeta, a Chinese website, have posted an image of what they claim is the first ever BlackBerry 10 based QWERTY device. This leaked handset is believed to be a member of BlackBerry’s “N” series of keyboard laden devices. The all touch BlackBerry 10 devices have been included in the L-Series.
While the image is blurry (As the norm is with most leaked photos!) we can for sure make out that the device looks pretty much a BlackBerry. The design seems to have been inspired from BlackBerry’s own BB 9900. Just that this one seems to get rounder edges. The display also looks much bigger than the one seen on the 9900. What however is expected to remain same is the keyboard experience on this phone.
Like always, let us warn you that at this point in time, this is just a rumor. It is likely that this was the handiwork of a graphics artist with nice imaginative skills. However, we also want to inform you that images of s similar looking devce was leaked by RIM themselves on a YouTube Channel. That video was however pulled immediately.
All said, we only have just over a month to go before RIM finally releases these handsets so all we can do now is wait patiently!
