Some of the most useful innovations are often remarkably simple. Also, you don’t need to be convent educated to be innovative. At the IIT Techfest some of the innovations displayed at the stall put up by folks from the National Innovation Foundation had left us flabbergasted. One of the innovations that caught our eye was the Bicycle fertilizer sprayer designed by two brothers from Washim district in East Maharashtra.
The sprayer would help a farmer spray insecticides I his farm without the need of expensive machinery.
Also, it is much faster than doing it by hand. One of the brothers told us that using the bicycle insecticide sprayer, one can easily cover area of20 acres in a day.
A single person doing this manually would only cover 6 acres – for comparisons sake
Hi,
I would like to have the contact number of Rawale brothers. I am a farmer and would like to associate with them.
