Sennheiser has just given an update treatment to its HD 200 and HD 400 series of mid-range earphones. The company launched as many as six new products under these two series. All the products have been upgraded with new features and now come in a variety of style and color options. The models numbers of the new headphones introduced under these two series are: HD 219, HD 229, HD 239, HD 429, HD 439 and the HD 449.
Apart from the design upgrade, all the headphones are claimed to be acoustically better than their older brethren. All these headphones have also been optimized for use with new age gadgets like tablets, MP3 players, cellphones and MP3 players.
The company also mentions specific support for Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry devices along with Apple devices, which we presume includes the iPhone, iPad and the iPod Touch. Some of the models introduced also gets rotating ear cups and cables that are optimized for usage on portable devices.
As for the prices, it starts from $79.95 and goes up to $119.95 for the top of the line model. All these new models are listed on the Sennheiser India website as well.
