BSNL has something great to offer this summer. With few of its rivals providing top-notch services and offers to attract customers, BSNL does not want to be lagging behind in the competition. Earlier BSNL had slashed its data rates and offered 3G services at 2G rates. Recently it has announced that it will now allow users to carry forward their data with next recharge.
The company in its statement said that this service will be available to its 2G and 3G customers across India.
To cash in on the high demand for 3G services in India, BSNL recently introduced Rs 68/- Data Special Tariff Voucher (STV) offering 1GB 3G data valid for 10 days.This move by BSNL can be seen in order to cash in on the high demand for 3G services. BSNL also plans to gradually introduce new 3G mobile Internet plans at prices which are lowest in the market.
BSNL Director for Consumer Mobility, N K Gupta said that the quality of service and customer satisfaction is their utmost priority and transparency which differentiates them from other operators.
In order to In order to increase the landline consumers, BSNL had previously came up with free night calling across India although it won’t be available in Mumbai and Delhi. After which Airtel also came up with a similar paid plan.
