Chinese 7-Inch Tablet Knocks FCC Doors

Just as the Samsung Galaxy Tab is about to be released in select markets worldwide , another 7 inch tablet is looking to make its presence felt in the US market. A Chinese Android based tablet  known as the M-150 has appeared at the list of products sent in for approval at the FCC. Also known as the “Universe Tablet PC”,  nothing in detail is known about this product. The screen size looks similar to that of the Galaxy Tab. This one is made by  a company called Shenzhen Vogue Industries Co., Ltd – and gets an iPad like form factor.

It would be a while before we have some official specs about this device out in the open. The FCC filing does mean this one is coming to the US. There is no information whether this one would make an appearance in other places of the  world. The Android version that would be seen on this one too is unknown as of now.

Looks like the  deluge of  7-inch tablets has just begun!
