We are certainly going crazy trying to keep a track of all the crazy rumors, leaks and predictions about the Apple tablet and the 4th Generation iPhone. As soon as I write a post about the possibility of the iPhone 4G coming in May instead of June/July and the very next moment I see another rumor of an April launch doing the rounds. While the tech world is digesting all the latest release at CES 2010, the Apple rumors had become a daily affair.
Apple tablet rumors have a long history, we have seen numerous patents that suggest a tablet computer from Apple and at the same time those mysterious industry sources have been inputting the media with a different specification each day. Some suggest a 7? screen while others believe that the tablet would be a 10.1? display and a few smart analysts predict both to come true. Personally, as far as I know Apple, you will see only one size for the tablet and that too if the tablet is actually released. Wild leaks have suggested a projector inbuilt the Apple tablet, now such rumors drive us crazy and at the same time excites us at the possibility of the Apple tablet.
The iPhone 4G is much more real, as we know that Apple is well into the phone market and refreshes the iPhone model every year. AT&T has in the past admitted that they might lose the iPhone exclusivity sooner or later and thus thinking about an EVDO T-Mobile or Verizon LTE iPhone 4G isn’t very unrealistic. The latest bunch of rumors that suggest that the iPhone 4G would hit the markets in April / May just because Google is pushing the Android OS hard with the Nexus isn’t appealing to me. I don’t think Apple just responds to competition, their every step is a thoroughly planned one. After all, tey are the pioneers of innovation in this arena.
You can track almost all the iPhone 4G rumors and Apple tablet rumors on iPhoneHelp.. Sadly not here. Personally I have guided the OnlyGizmos team to do minimum coverage on the Apple rumors as we are all well aware that such rumors comes on an hourly basis and more often than not these are fakes to spike traffic and gain popularity. But this doesn’t mean that we are not excited about the possibility of a revolutionary product coming out of Cupertino.
