Motorola Shadow spotted, gets WiFi certification (Nexus Two?)

Its a known fact that Motorola would be making the next Google phone and the model code MB810 from Motorola that features a full QWERTY keyboard is long rumored to be THE Nexus two. Also referred as Shadow the Motorola MB810 has just been approved for IEEE Standard 802.11b/g/n by WFA. As seen earlier the design renders show that the Shadows pretty much carries the original Droid / Milestone DNA. Incidentally Motorola Droid is the best selling Android device till date and not even the Google Nexus One has managed to do better than that. Given the success Motorola has got with the Droid, it would be interesting to see what the next release of Android i.e. Froyo does for the Shadow.

Other rumored details include a massive 4.3? touchscreen, an 8MP camera, 1080p video and AT&T tie-up to sell the device. With the launch date said to be sometime in Q2 2010 itself, this one can be labeled the Motorola competitor for the upcoming iPhone 4G. More than the hardware, it seems the competition would be more between iPhone Os 4.0 and Android 2.2 (Froyo). One good thing we are already hearing about the Froyo is the possibility to save apps on the memory card!
